Here at H and H we love our community and we shop local whenever we can. We also spend as much time in local places as possible. Here are a few of the places we recommend, and we will add more as we think of them!
The Asian Fusion has great food. The fried stuff comes out non greasy and so tasty! We have a vegetation kid and a gluten free kid and the chef accommodates them both. They also have brown rice as an option and it is so good. Give them a try and you will love it!
Coffee, sandwiches, soup, baked goods, and ice cream. What more could you want? The owner and staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. When you step in the door, you feel like you are back in time with the old fashioned decor. Go on in and have a cozy time sitting inside or outside.
Even though this is a saloon, you can bring the kids for a yummy fast lunch. The burgers are awesome and the saloon feels like you are back in the wild west but with french fries. If you are passing through Alma to Breckenridge, stop in for a nice quiet lunch before you hit the slopes.
This is an amazing museum! It is so relaxed and you can interact with the different exhibits. A really great place for little kids and older people as there are lots of places to rest and lots of place to run around and explore. The prices are great too and they have a little gift shop to stop in after and find something special to remember your visit by.
Al Mart is a cozy old fashioned general store where the floors creak under your feet and you are greeted by friendly staff. We love Al Mart for all of our Carhartt needs! They have a great selection and have other brands of clothing too. Snacks and treats can be found here as well. They also have some groceries and cleaning supplies. Pop in and see what Al Mart has to offer!
We shop at this grocery store nearly every day. They have a great selection and they also have a ton of organic and gluten free foods.The staff is friendly and helpful and it saves us a long drive over the pass for groceries. Stop in and you will be surprised at the variety and selection.
